A lovely serving bowl to be used as a focal point on the table, or for daily use to serve the salad family-style. This is an heirloom piece.
this bowl is thrown on the potter's wheel using a cream-colored stoneware clay. The walls of the bowl are intentionally substantial, to withstand daily use. The mushrooms are all hand painted, and the bowl is glazed in a gorgeous opal lustre brown--you have to see this glaze in person to really appreciate how beautiful it is.
Bowl measures 7.75 inches wide by 3.5 inches tall. Hand wash for longevity (but don't stress if it goes in the dishwasher once or twice, it can handle it!). Microwave safe.
