Just a quick update on your neighborhood farmers market and JC. Farmers Markets are considered essential businesses, thank goodness. They bring you the fresh veggies and local eggs, bread, and meats that you need. So, while you can plan for the market opening (opening day now TBD), Joyful Clay will not be setting up until the end of the COVID crisis. Selling pottery at the farmers market has come to be an event, not a quick pickup. Pottery demands to be held, looked over closely, handles need to be tried on for size. And of course, a stop and chat with your neighborhood potter is essential. :) All these things are unfortunately really difficult and potentially unsafe during a pandemic. My pottery will continue to be available online, and shipping is free. :) I hope we're over this soon, that you're all staying safe and healthy, and that you continue to find the joy in the small moments. Love you all!
p.s. Please do go to the farmers market for your food! Farmers need to see you, and you need it, too!
